About
I'm an interim supply chain consultant with over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech and eCommerce supply chains. I work with organisations facing operational complexity — fragmented processes, underperforming logistics networks, or the need for step-change improvement in planning and S&OP governance.
Most recently I served as Associate Director of Global Logistics and Customer Excellence at Norgine, where I led a team of 17 across a $35M logistics budget, delivering a major network optimisation programme and transforming the company's 3PL partnerships.
Before that, as Head of Supply Chain Operations EMEA at Groupon, I managed high-volume fulfilment across the European market — a very different context, but the same discipline of building clarity from complexity at pace.
I work on an interim and project basis, embedding quickly, cutting through the noise, and leaving organisations in genuinely better shape. CMILT qualified.

Senior supply chain director capability on a flexible, interim basis. I embed quickly, provide immediate operational grip, and drive the change programme before transitioning to a permanent team. Typically 3–12 month engagements.
Many organisations have S&OP processes that exist on paper but don't drive decisions in practice. I design and embed robust planning governance — the cadence, structure, data flows, and behaviours — that makes S&OP a genuine management tool, not a meeting.
Moving from reactive 3PL management to a genuinely strategic 4PL model requires more than an RFP. I lead the full transition: scope definition, RFP development, provider selection, and implementation governance — ensuring the new model actually delivers the promised efficiency and service improvement.
Fragmented supply chains — often the result of acquisitions or organic growth — carry hidden cost and service risk. I map, diagnose and redesign distribution networks to reduce complexity, improve resilience, and lower total landed cost, with a clear implementation roadmap.

I stay until the change is embedded. Whether that means running the programme, supporting a new permanent hire, or building capability in the existing team — the exit is planned from day one.
